Trade Lamination

Swanline operate three laminating machines, all of which are used to provide an unrivaled confidential trade laminating service.

Whether specifications are manufactured on our automatic Bobst Asitrade Foliostar laminator or on our automatic Stock machine, we are able to laminate both single faced and double faced materials including F, E, B, C, EB, and BC flute grades.

In addition, with our Ultra Large Format Automatän machine, we are able to laminate materials up to 20,000 micron (20mm) in calliper. See Large Format section for more detail.

Single faced:
Maximum: 1620 (flute) x 1620mm
Minimum: 400 (flute) x 465mm

Double faced: (See Large Format)
Maximum: 1510 x 2050mm (print sheet)
Maximum: 2030 x 3050mm (base board)

Minimum: 250 x 150mm (print sheet)
Minimum: 400 x 500 (base board)

If we are not supplying the printed sheets for your laminating requirement, we will collect your print and provide a fast, quality turnaround of your order.
