Screen Printing

Swanline have recently moved all screen print operations to a brand new 15,500 square foot unit. We operate four screen print machines, all of which are capable of printing onto the most rigid substrates, including corrugated board and plastics. The recent edition of a 2 colour Thieme 5060 machine has given us greater flexibility on service levels and support for the existing capacity.   

We are specialists in printing both 4 colour process and line work, incorporating environmentally efficient water based inks and UV varnishing.

Press sizes are as follows:

• Maximum sheet - 1660 x 2260mm
• Maximum image - 1650 x 2220mm
• Minimum sheet - 400 x 465mm
• Minimum image - not applicable
