Litho Printing

Litho print is outsourced to a number of trade partners, thereby giving Swanline the flexibility to utilize the most competitive press size for each individual specification.Â Printed sheets of any size can be sealed with aqueous coatings or UV varnish. Film laminates can also be applied to some printed sizes giving added durability and quality of finish (see OPP Film Lamination).

Swanline source the paper substrate to be used for printing, which is typically 210gsm Coated White Lined Chip, or 175gsm Silk Art Paper. Both are supplied through UK Reel stocks or Mill makings from European paper mills. Other grades can be sourced if required.

Printed sheets can also be supplied by our customer if required.

Size 6 Press - 1020 x 1420mm (min 600 x 850mm)
Size 7 Press - 1115 x 1600mm (min 600 x 1000mm)
Size 7 ext Press - 1200 x 1600mm (min 600 x 1000mm)
Man Roland Press - 1300 x 1850mm
KBA 205 Press - 1500 x 2050mm
